If the Customer withdraws from this contract, all payments made to STARBEEX.S.R.L. will be refunded, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which STARBEEX.S.R.L. has received the products purchased by the Customer in the same conditions in which the products were shipped.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless the latter has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not have to incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement.
The Customer is obliged to return the goods or deliver them to STARBEEX.S.R.L., and precisely to:

without undue delay and in any case within 7 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the Customer sends back the Products before the expiry of the 7-day period.
Given the nature and economic value as well as the high level of fragility of the Products sold by STARBEEX.COM the Customer who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal must send the Products to STARBEEX S.R.L. in the same conditions of packaging, protection and safety in which you received them.
If the original packaging has been damaged upon opening, the Customer will have to pack the Products at his own expense in the same packaging, protection and safety conditions in which he received them.
To return the Products, the Customer will use a courier/forwarder/carrier/carrier of your choice with which to ship the aforementioned Products, the cost of this shipment is charged to the Customer.
If the Products, due to their importance and economic value, had been insured by STARBEEX S.R.L. for transport and the Customer should exercise the right of withdrawal, the latter must insure the Products for the return transport and the cost is at your expense.

In this case, STARBEEX.S.R.L. declines all responsibility for any loss, damage due to bad packaging or delay in delivery of the return.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CARRYING OUT WITHDRAWAL
If you wish to withdraw from the contract, STARBEEX S.R.L. invites the Customer to follow the instructions by going to the Withdrawal form page.
After completing the withdrawal form, the Customer can prepare the package for shipment.
As far as possible, the Customer must use the same original packaging with which he received the products, paying the utmost attention and care regarding the protection and safety of the products themselves in order to return the products intact.
If the original packaging is damaged, the Customer is required to use a new, resistant, safe and protected packaging at your expense, in order to ensure that the products arrive intact. If the products have been insured by STARBEEX S.R.L. for transport to the Customer, in the same way, the Customer will have to insure the products for the Return.
REIMBURSEMENT
Once the return has been received, we will verify that all the conditions listed above have been met: if the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will issue the refund, which will take place through the same payment method used during the purchase, including VAT and any taxes.
Any shipping costs incurred by STARBEEX S.R.L. will be excluded from the refund. towards the customer.
The refund usually takes place after a few days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution. Normally no later than 14 days from the day on which STARBEEX S.R.L. has received the products purchased by the Customer in the same conditions in which the products were shipped.
In any case STARBEEX S.R.L. will try to get in touch with the Customer to define the Return and Refund procedure in the best possible way.
